The Club, Frozen Yogurt, & Our Salad Bar are among the most popular items in our menu.

What steps are taken to ensure food safety?
Food safety guidelines play a critical role as part of a daily operation. Crewmembers are trained and monitored regularly in issues involving food handling. Proper temperatures, for example, are essential as part of storing and cooking food. Food rotation is another topic that ranks high regarding food safety. FIFO (first-in, first-out) method of rotating items is practiced by all crewmembers. In addition, good hygiene of crewmembers is expected at all times.

Yes, the Fat-Free Raspberry Vinaigrette.

What ingredients are charged as extra when a customer requests to be added to their sandwich or salad?
Usually most veggies don’t carry an extra charge. Of course, when a substantial amount any particular ingredient is requested, our policy requires us to charge some price (& almost all customers understand). The following ingredients are the most common that customers ask for as ‘extra’: cheese, meat (fajita/ham/turkey breast/chicken breast/bacon), avocado, boiled egg, dressings.

What are the peak hours of operation?
Tentatively, our rush hours are from 12p – 2pm (lunch) and 8p – 9:30p (dinner).

Is there delivery? Carry out?
Currently we don’t have delivery (as of 6/2009); but we will gladly take your order over the phone & we can work on it ASAP!

Are there menus available?
Yes. You can pick one up at our Shary or Jackson locations.

Are there any differences on the menus from the US stores to those in Mexico?
Yes there are still a few (as of 6/2009). Our menu has been reduced over the past few years. We are currently working on creating a shorter menu with those items our customers love the most in an effort to reduce wait time & increase efficiency; our goal is to specialize on those items that represent us the most.

Do we provide nutritional information of our menu?
No. We feel our clientele is selective & educated. We prepare most food right before their eyes and our menu speaks for itself. Fruit, yogurt, salads, wheat bread, etc….you be the judge. One of our top priorities is to be a healthy alternative without sacrificing GREAT taste!
